- Heat or a sensation of warming at or near the site
- Skin irritation or redness on the spot that touches the device
- Connectivity issues with the Walnut App
- Leaking of any substance from the device’s exterior
- Any signs of corrosion on the back of the device (near or around the smart sensor)

The Walnut wearable baby thermometer is an over-the-counter rechargeable device designed for continuous chest temperature monitoring. It’s intended for children ages 0-6 years. (1)(2)
