On November 13, 2023, KinderFarms, LLC, announced the recall of OTC (over-the-counter) KinderMed pain and fever reliever products for infants and kids due to possible health risks from acetaminophen instability (the primary ingredient is unstable and its actual amount can change in the medication, without any warning).
