Candy Dynamics Inc., of Carmel, Indiana, recalled about 70 million units of Slime Licker Sour Rolling Liquid Candy products after receiving two reports of the rolling applicator balls detaching from the plastic container. (1)(2)

The CPSC (US Consumer Product Safety Commission), KGR Distribution Corp. of Passaic, New Jersey, and Asaf Gida d/b/a (doing business as) Cocco Candy, of Turkey, recalled about 145,800 units of Cocco Candy Rolling Candy products over choking risks and after the death of one child. (3)
According to the recall advisory, the candy’s rolling applicator ball can come off. (3)
The CPSC received one report of a 7-year-old girl’s death after she choked on the candy’s dislodged rolling ball because it got trapped in her throat. The incident happened last April 2023 in New York. (3)
