I cook at about 600-650 degrees and it works for me. Working on increasing the temp as I get better at turning the pizza in the oven as it cooks.

Recently, we threw a birthday party for our 14yr.old son. He had a blast making Pizzas for all his guests. He couldn't believe how fast Ooni cooked, and got the hang of it after he burned the crust on the first one, but after that the pizza was delicious. Thanks so much Ooni!

My charcoal had gotten wet. I was using lump charcoal from B&B. I wonder if there's a better one that I could use I don't have access to Uni's charcoal.
