Excellent product. No issues. Weights actually feel a bit heavier in my opinion which is a good thing.

Excellent set of dumbbells.

This is one of the best adjustable weight dumbbells around. We have bought 3 sets  due to our sons taking the sets we have. I can now say where ever we go we have a set on hand due to our children. We love the ease of the adjustable weight and it can be used by the entire family both male and female. Great product and a great price especially since it comes as a pair.

WAY better than Bowflex 552!!!Comfy rubberish grip. Just twist the handle to change the weight. With Bowflex you have to use the whole length unlike with these ones. Superb quality and easy to use.

I'm not an expert, but these dumbbells are of great quality. The grip is perfect - comfortable and secure.  They look nice too!  I never have time to go to the gym, but I have time to pick up these dumbbells and follow a workout guide... they are well worth the investment.

The Core Home Fitness Adjustable Dumbbells are the best dumbbells on the market. I own the Bowflex and PowerBlock Adjustable Dumbbells and these one blow those dumbbells out of the water!

Here are the reasons why:

1. The quick change weight adjustment. All you need to do to set the dbs back in the stand and twist your wrist forward or back to adjust the weight. You don't need to twist knobs or insert pins. This allows me to alternate between exercises very quickly.

2. As you adjust the weight the size of the dumbbells change. So if you are doing light weight the dumbbell is very small. As you go up in weight the dumbbell increases in size but is not as big and bulky as the Bowflex and PowerBlock. It's a really cool design. It allows you to do any exercise you want without having to worry about your dbs hitting together. My girlfriend loves these because she can do curls and presses easily. The Bowflex are much larger and didn't allow for a natural lifting motion due to the size.

3. The dumbbells are very durable. Like with all Adjustable Dumbbells you need to treat them care. They feel great and think these will last a very long time.

Best Adjustable Dumbbell Out There!

I usually order things like this on Amazon but in this case, Walmart was both cheaper and had a quicker delivery time so I pulled the trigger and ordered from Walmart and I'm glad I did. The shipment came in two boxes via FedEx, arrived in great condition and even came a little bit early. The dumbbells themselves work great, super easy to setup and even easier to use, I've used adjustable dumbbells from other brands and these are by far the easiest and most intuitive to use. I'll probably end up buying the Core Home Fitness stand at some point and I'll be checking Walmart for my online more often.

The adjustment mechanism is very positive.  You can here a click and it locks in well.

I wanted the version with the stand but it is unavailable at this time.  When you lift the weights off the small stands that hold them and you are using a higher weight, they sometimes lift the stand with them.  If I could have purchased the lower stand, I think the overall weight of the stand would keep this from happening.  Overall, these I a good solution to have multiple weight dumbbells in a efficient space.

Great design, size, etc... I was very excited to have these in place of a large rack of individual dumbbells. The mechanism to select weight works well, the hand grip is ergonomic and comfortable. But on the second session using them with 35 lbs selected, the weights on one side popped loose after setting them on the floor between sets. I did not drop them or set them down harshly, since I knew they would be more fragile than a standard dumbbell. Just a light pressure on one corner was all it took. They need a big step up in robustness to qualify as a legitimate alternative to standard dumbbells or even to be competitive against other selectable dumbbells.

Good overall design, poor robustness

Waited months to order what many reviews/sites claimed were the best dumbbells around. I received these two weeks ago and after 4 uses the plates fell off - nearly crushing my foot! - during my most recent workout routine. I would say the pair is a lemon, but it seems many others here are having the same problems. Maybe quality dropped significantly as they're trying to rush production due to COVID-19?

Customer Service is non-existent - goes to voicemail when I call and no response to my email after 4 days (I'll update this review if I hear back!). Seems like this is a common thread in other reviews here. An expensive $400 mistake!

Please note that even when these were functional the weights themselves had some movement during my exercises which was disconcerting.
