My baby is growing up so fast! She is over the pacifier in favor of her hand, she’s been babbling for a month, and she’s been teething for almost a week! She’s 14 weeks today. We used to give her the paci if she was fussy in the car (wish she would take it now that we have no other way to sooth her aching gums in the car), when she was having trouble falling asleep, and if she was overheating and spitting up. She’s been accepting it less often for almost a month and hasn’t accepted it in over a week now. It’s good and bad. She’s discovered her hand and self soothes but I don’t want her to become dependent on it. It’s easier to take away a pacifier when she’s old enough then her hand!
