Giving Calories Away with FoodTweeks!

I’ve just found out about this cool app called foodtweeks™ which provides an easy way to manage your weight and health while feeding hungry families – all for free.

…When you accept the suggestion and “tweek” your food intake, you get to donate to a charity!

What’s really cool is that they are making an effort to feed people in your very own community. Any food bank can join their program so if you have a favorite local charity, make sure to tell them about foodtweeks™ too!

If you create a free account, you can track your progress and save your tweeks so that you don’t have to remember what substitutes worked for you. They have a special program for Moms right now to DOUBLE the donations!
